Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who handles it and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we use no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.
Who we are
The clintegrity.ca and clintegrity.app websites are operated by Carriere Digital Inc., a Canadian company. Clintegrity is a Carriere Digital product. This policy covers these public websites only. The Clintegrity platform itself, currently in closed beta, is governed by separate agreements with our design partners.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us
We collect what you choose to give us: your name, organization, email address and message. When you submit the form, we also record the IP address it came from, which helps us block spam and abuse.
When you visit the site
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our server records basic technical details for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. We use them to keep the site secure and working.
- Visitor statistics. We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we host ourselves. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other sites and does not build a profile of you. It records the page viewed, the referring site, browser and device type and an approximate country. Your IP address is used to estimate the country and is not stored.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising or social-media trackers. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated bots. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your message, and to continue the conversation if you want to.
- To keep the site secure and protect the contact form from abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. We will not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
Who handles it
We host the website and the visitor statistics on servers we operate in Canada. A few service providers handle information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) carries traffic to the site and protects it from attacks, so it processes every request, including your IP address.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) hosts our email.
This means some information may be processed outside your province or outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, where it is subject to local law. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to Canadian law.
How long we keep it
- Messages and email: as long as needed to answer you and maintain any working relationship that follows, and generally no more than two years after our last exchange.
- Server and security logs: no more than 90 days.
- Visitor statistics: these are aggregate and do not identify anyone, so we keep them.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to messages and logs is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Quebec residents can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR and can contact your local data protection authority.

The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Carriere Digital Inc. is Robin Carriere. For any question or request about your information, write to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
